On October 30th, 2018 Red Hat announced RHEL 7.6 the next regular update to their flag ship operating system. This the successor for RHEL 7.5.
The kernel level for 7.6 is kernel-3.10.0-957.el7. Furthermore the kernel-alt introduced with RHEL 7.5, has been updated to 7.6-alt is kernel-4.14.0-115.el7a. This release is mainly a bug fix release. From a feature perpspective two larger items made it into this relase. First finally AES-GCM is accelerated from openssl on z14. And second the gdb can now interpret z14 instructions.
