Today September 12th 2019 IBM announced the new generation of mainframe called IBM z15. Planned availability date is September 23, 2019. And of course they also announced LinuxONE III. Like the z14 ZR1 this machine now also fits into a standard 19″ rack. And it’s significantly faster and has more capacity than z14.

Outstanding!
I see that SLES 11 is listed under toleration testing completed for it
SLES 11 SP4 (kernel-default-3.0.101-108.95.2, s390-tools-1.15.0-0.154.5)
I do not see Distribution certifications for SLES11.
Is there a restriction on use of SLES11?
SLES 11 is out of general support. See https://www.suse.com/lifecycle/ . Therefore SUSE doesn’t publish certifications for this distributions.
